This is a Michelin star gastro pub, located in Bray; it dates from the 15th century, and was converted into a restaurant in the 1920s. It was awarded a single Michelin star in the 2013 edition of the Michelin Guide. It has been owned by celebrity Chef since 2004.

Working hours, FOH – 45h/week, Kitchen – 60h/week. Days off vary – but will have 2 days off per week.
There is no live in accommodation offered, however the client has a list of local accommodation which can give to candidates if successful. Also they offer meals on duty – lunch and dinner.
Good English required. People with strong fine dining background, rosette or Michelin preferred. Client is happy to do telephone interviews with candidates who aren’t in the country, if all went well this would be followed by a skype interview with the manager. They would however then need from candidates to attend a trial.
