We think of the services of Frisky Agency as a journey that we undertake with creatives. We call it the Frisky Journey. The trajectory is divided into Consultancy, Support and Agency activities. Below are details of the journey we offer and the associated services.?

Consultancy?

Frisky supports designers, artists, institutions, and production houses in the professionalization of their organization. We have divided these consultancy services into 2 parts: Coaching and Business & Strategy. In both services, we coach creatives on the various entrepreneurial skills (strategy, marketing & sales, finance, legal, project management, HR and more), so that they can focus on their expertise and passion: the creative process.?

Coaching; During interactive coaching sessions you can discuss all your questions with Frisky's consultant, who will provide you with thorough advice. Even if you don’t know exactly where to start, we can offer you our guidance to bring your organization to a higher level.?

Business & Strategy; In a business and strategy trajectory, Frisky structurally works with the creative over a period varying between 4 to 24 weeks (depending on the chosen service). During this period Frisky will improve all different components of the company and document this in a Frisky Business Canvas ? & Studioplan ?.?

Support?

Frisky supports designers and artists in various areas of his or her organisation: Operational, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal and HR. By taking these tasks off their hands, creatives who are in the start-up or scale-up phase can fully focus on the creative development within and the international growth of their studio.?

• Project and studio management support in the form of process optimisation for projects and overall support for the designer or artist.??
• Marketing support in which we (partly) take up communication, social media, marketing and advertising.?
• Sales support in the form of lead follow-up, sales data processing and customer management.?
• Financial support in the form of advice on setting up the financial housekeeping, financial?planning & controlling and arranging suitable financing.?
• Legal support in the form of among other things: drafting shareholder agreements, articles of association, management regulations, merger/joint venture agreements and other legal contracts, as well as providing legal advice.?
• HR support in the form of among other things: executive search, drafting contracts and HR strategy and setting up procedures (salary, leave, sickness, bonuses, dismissal).?

Agency?

Frisky acts as an agent for its network of creatives in order to generate more and, more importantly, special assignments. Frisky Agency consists of two parts: Proactive Sales and an Exclusive Network.?

Proactive Sales where Frisky takes the lead in generating the right leads and closing deals in partnership with our clients. These are customized deals for the client on a commission basis or through participation.?

Exclusive Network; a platform within which Frisky connects designers, artists, production houses and other key stakeholders to create an exclusive network. The goal of this network is to generate more special projects for designers and artists, by connecting them with innovative production houses and acquiring new clients for them.?

Consultancy?

Frisky ondersteunt ontwerpers, kunstenaars, instellingen en productiehuizen bij het professionaliseren van hun organisatie. Deze adviesdiensten hebben we opgedeeld in 2 delen: Coaching en Business & Strategy. In beide diensten coachen we creatieven op de verschillende ondernemersvaardigheden (strategie, marketing & sales, finance, legal, projectmanagement, HR en meer), zodat ze zich kunnen focussen op hun expertise en passie: het creatieve proces.?

Coachen; Tijdens interactieve coachingsessies kun je al je vragen bespreken met de adviseur van Frisky, die je van gedegen advies zal voorzien. Ook als u niet precies weet waar u moet beginnen, kunnen wij u onze begeleiding bieden om uw organisatie naar een hoger niveau te brengen.?

Business & Strategy; In een business- en?strategietraject werkt Frisky structureel samen met de creatieveling gedurende een periode vari?rend van 4 tot 24 weken (afhankelijk van de gekozen dienst). Gedurende deze periode verbetert Frisky alle verschillende onderdelen van de onderneming en documenteert dit in een Frisky Business Canvas? & Studioplan?.?

Support?

Frisky ondersteunt ontwerpers en kunstenaars op verschillende gebieden van zijn of haar organisatie: Operationeel, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal en HR. Door deze taken uit handen te nemen kunnen creatieven die zich in de start-up of scale-up fase bevinden zich volledig richten op de creatieve ontwikkeling binnen en de internationale groei van hun studio.?

• Project- en studiomanagementondersteuning in de vorm van procesoptimalisatie van projecten en algehele ondersteuning van de ontwerper of kunstenaar.?
• Marketingondersteuning waarbij wij communicatie, social media, marketing en advertising (mede) op ons nemen.?
• Verkoopondersteuning in de vorm van leadopvolging, verkoopgegevensverwerking en klantenbeheer.?
• Financi?le ondersteuning in de vorm van advisering over het opzetten van de financi?le huishouding, financi?le planning & aansturing en het regelen van passende financiering.?
• Juridische ondersteuning in de vorm van onder andere: het opstellen van aandeelhoudersovereenkomsten, statuten, directiereglementen, fusie-/samenwerkingsovereenkomsten en andere juridische contracten, alsmede het geven van juridisch advies.?
• HR-ondersteuning in de vorm van onder andere: executive search, opstellen van contracten en HR-strategie en opzetten van procedures (salaris, verlof, ziekte, bonussen, ontslag).?

Agency?

Frisky treedt op als agent voor haar netwerk van creatieven om meer en vooral bijzondere opdrachten te genereren. Frisky Agency bestaat uit twee delen: Proactieve Verkoop en een Exclusief Netwerk.?

Proactieve verkoop waarbij Frisky het voortouw neemt in het genereren van de juiste leads en het sluiten van deals in samenwerking met onze klanten. Dit zijn op maat gemaakte deals voor de klant op commissiebasis of via participatie.?

Exclusief netwerk; een platform waarbinnen Frisky ontwerpers, kunstenaars, productiehuizen en andere belangrijke stakeholders met elkaar verbindt om een exclusief netwerk te cre?ren. Het doel van dit netwerk is om meer bijzondere projecten voor ontwerpers en kunstenaars te genereren, door hen in contact te brengen met innovatieve productiehuizen en nieuwe opdrachtgevers voor hen te werven.?
