Fries vs. Seasoned Fries

Bush Dreams Seasonings- Creating Flavorbonds in seconds. Betterflavor=Bettersales
One of the best lessons I learned from being a restauranteur for 9 years is this: EVERYTHING ON THE PLATE MUST BE SEASONED WELL.
Most times, as a restauranteur, you have no idea why a customer comes back or why they do not. Was it your service, food, price or flavor that was spectacular or mediocre or abysmal. You have to give them every reason to come back.
One major reason is that the Flavor of ALL your food is fantastic. 73% of us will come back to a restaurant if the flavor is fantastic....conversely, 73% of us won't come back if the flavor is mediocre or poor.
Everything on the plate, in my opinion, needs to seasoned…like your fries….because you just don't know if they came back just because of your fries. The one thing I can tell you…if you do not season your fries which goes out on 60% of all your dishes….Your clients have no reason to come back to you because of your fries. Give them a reason…Season your fries…whether it is pepperberry rub or whatever….it is worth the little money you will spend to keep them coming back. …jb
