Friendship Vs Business

Do you know how many businesses started by friendship fail and their friendship is then lost?... TOO MANY. Why? They are too comfortable with each other and are blinded by a friendship that they cannot say what they want to say or do what they want to do. Never go into business with your close friends. It's just too hard to do and it's a fact that you will overlook some qualities because you are so close AND comfortable with each other... Instead, go into business with someone who is qualified and self-motivated... someone who will be a great partner and one that you can be straight up with. You can call them out for not doing their part and you expect them to do the same. No love lost when you are not close friends.
