A friend in need is a friend indeed.
You've heard this quote before, right?
No matter how much people say that friendship has to be UNCONDITIONAL, but i strongly believe:
Friendship is a give & take relationship (In fact, every relationship is a give-&-take relationship for that matter)
It is a reciprocal arrangement, where you reciprocate love & trust and it's not absurd to expect the same.
Choose friends who support you, who want good things for themselves & for you.
It's okay to part ways with people who're making this world a worse place. You don't owe them anything. No one owes them anything.
You're not being selfish, you're doing the right thing.
If you remain friends with toxic people, then it's not a SELFLESS SERVICE but it's an act of SELF-HARM.
You start to become like the avg 5 people you spend most time with.
If you choose to be friends with losers, you'll end up being a loser.
- Your can CHOOSE to befriend good people.
- Your CHOICES will bring CHANGE in your life.
- The CHANGE will help you to IMPROVE yourself.
- IMPROVEMENT will make your life BETTER.
Choices --> Change --> Improvement --> Betterment
(choices precedes change, change precedes improvement, improvement precedes betterment)
I'm not asking you to give up on friends who're going through a hard time.
Help them, Support them, Be there for them.
Extend help to those who really want to TAKE YOUR HELP & ARE WILLING TO IMPROVE THEMSELVES.
Thank You!!!
Keep Fighting. Keep Shining.
Love ??
