“Every new beginning comes from some other beginning’s end” After 12 years of tremendous learning, growth & fulfilment, my association with Sterlite ( STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited & Sterlite ) is coming to an end as the time has come to seek a new adventure in life which aligns with my life's success, values & passion.

As “The unexamined life is not worth living”, I am setting out on a fresh journey & every new journey should begin with gratitude. This post is entirely dedicated to say thank you to certain great individuals who have helped me shape my career & contributed meaningfully in nurturing my attitude & fabric, also keeping my memories alive in the process.Yes, its not possible to mention all, but my sincere thanks to all my colleagues & teammates & the best part is you all know who you are.

At the start of 2010, my professional journey started with the hiring from college campus in Sterlite Technologies . Since it was my first time from college to corporate, hence I required a lot of re-schooling, installing basic professional behavioral traits & the idea of being the CEO of my own career. In the formative years, apart from skills, getting the guidance of my mentor, & that too a veteran business leader like Rajendra Mishra , was one of the most critical things which made tremendous impact on my young mind . Thank you for first introducing all the core business concepts & spending so much time patiently with me.

The constant trust & guidance of our CIO Prasanth P even when my experience was low, helped me navigate the complex waters of critical business information technology responsibilities. Being with the platforms like SAP BI & BW which mainly deals with data warehousing & analytics provided me exposure to the top management. Some such exposures, creating deep impact was that of our group CEO Anand Agarwal who helped me understand early what matters & what not. In 2012, when I transitioned from SAP (IT function) to mainstream business, little did I know that it would be one of the most consequential changes in my career, which I did following purely my love & heart. This was also extremely risky, coming from my background but has been one of the best decisions I took as I look back. I remember how Kamal Sehgal , an experienced leader, helped me drive the car on this unknown bumpy road to have a successful transition & moving forward without accident. Thank you.

In 2013, Moving from STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited to Sterlite was one of the most defining changes in my life, initiated by the Group CEO Anand Agarwal. From that year till today, I have grown with Sterlite power both in India & Brazil in every aspect. It was a pleasure to work with a visionary leader like Pratik Agarwal MD Sterlite Power Group (Sterlite power got de-merged from Sterlite tech on 2015/2016) & receiving so many opportunities, wisdom & faith constantly. I was fortunate to have received such a huge exposure during these years in Sterlite Power, also interacting with Anil Agarwal sir who deeply influenced & renewed my core personal values. Thank you so much.

Now coming to Ajay Bhardwaj, the person who undoubtedly made me learn most, exposed/made me work on the ground at the construction site in so many states and also made me work in multiple functions. Today, when I look back, I realize that it was all these various hard earned experiences with so many different types of people & responsibilities that let me gain diverse experiences for life. In that era I also earned the priviledge of getting to know some incredible professionals like HarsH Shah, Subhas Chandra Ghosal,T.A.N. Reddy Sai Kiran Dhami, Puneet Singh Chauhan (I continued with Sai & Puneet to Brazil) Mohit Saxena, Satya Gopal Mohanty Amitanshu Srivastava, Niraj Kumar Sinha, Bigyan Parija, Raghuram Jallipalli, Shashank Gupta, P. Jaganmohan Rao, Pawan Kr Singh, R. K. PRADHAN, Swati Tiwari, who have transformed my life in ways beyond explanation.

In 2017, Sterlite Power Brasil came to existence with our great auction win under the leadership of Ved Mani Tiwari . When I came to Brazil first in Apr-2017, never had I thought that I will fall in love with this diverse country & continue here in the future too. All thanks goes to Sai Kiran Dhami & Ved Mani Tiwari for providing me the opportunity to be a part of this thrilling journey. Starting with setting up the business, Recruitment, Contracting, Licensing,Construction etc, I have gained a lifetime of experience, initially with some of my Indian colleagues ( Sai Kiran Dhami , Puneet Singh Chauhan Ramesh Sharma Mithun Gole ) & then in time joined by some awesome Brazilian colleagues ( MARCO OLIVETTI , JELL LIMA DE ANDRADE , Udo Gebrath , Luiz Gazulha Jr , Andrea Keen Souza, CRHA PHR , ítalo Augusto David ,leonardo Cruz).

In the coming years of Sterlite's growth & maturity phase in Brazil, I had the opportunity to work with some incredible leaders like Rui Chammas , Ricardo Cleber Zangirolami , Amitabh Prasad who have enriched my knowledge profoundly with their enormous experience & character and who will always remain as my mentors in the years to come.
