Friendship is an immeasurable commodity, enjoy the dividends. Regardless of how much money or accolades one may receive within in the span of one's lifetime having friends is one commodity to cherish and to continually cultivate, and not take this fellowship for granted. Real property such as money and real estate will come and go, but friends and their immeasurable impact will remain with one longer even after their passing. Albeit, there will be arguments and disagreements from time to time; nonetheless, in general, it's a life of mutual harmony and companionship based on reciprocal trust. Thereafter, enjoy the transactional value that comes along with making this transactional investment with one another.
