Meet Jennifer and Marc!

Today’s Friendship Friday is dedicated to Jennifer Carat and Marc Stoltz, founders and owners of the Krav Maga Center ‘By Kickyoufit' in Luxembourg.

I first met Jennifer and Marc in 2019, when we spoke @ a TEDx Conference in Luxembourg. Having an extensive background in martial arts myself, I felt an instant connection with the subject of their talk.

It took me a while to approach them and engage with them, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they initially interpreted my timidity, combined with my social awkwardness and aloofness as arrogance (story of my life…)

As the day progressed, we talked more and more and discovered each other’s worlds and personalities.

I am happy to say that we’ve become friends since. Both Jennifer and Marc are former police officers and have dedicated their lives to the promotion, expansion, practice and philosophy of Krav Maga, a military self-defense and fighting system developed in Israel.

Jennifer is the only female Krav Maga Black Belt by Krav Maga Worldwide in Europe, and Marc is one of the highest graded Krav Maga Black Belts by Krav Maga Worldwide in Europe.

They opened the first and only full professional self defense Krav Maga training center in Luxembourg in 2012 and have been extremely successful @ it.

While Jennifer dedicates a lot of her time and energy to the younger community (She is an important member in the Krav Maga Kids Program) in Europe, Marc also helps people as a life coach.
