There are many reasons for this such as changes in their lives or interests or moving to a new community. Developing and maintaining a good friendship is a good effort. When you are feeling stressed, take a break to talk a friend and talk about your problems because friends are especially important when you are under a lot of stress.

Often we can see people doing hard work and still happy whereas we often find the Jobless people to be stressed. The reason is inability to address over the situation. So Identify the things those are causing stress. Be it career, be it relationship. Address the issues and take action even if it does not get solved. You will bust out stress. It totally depends on two Elements. The person who you are. The person who you talk to. By the first point I mean that it depends on your nature. If you are an introspective and antisocial or call it an introvert, talking to people induces much more stress than it reduces. So you prefer solitude and silence to find your inner peace. And just let your mind talk to itself and calm down your mind.

And if you're the second type I mean the extroverted type you may find it peaceful to talk to people. So now it depends on person who accompanies you. If that person has the right words for you, And he makes you feel confident, comfortable and definitely not nervous then talking to such people can surely help you cope with your stress. And longer conversations the better you feel.
Talking to someone reduces stress” is a incomplete sentence. It would be something like that… Talking to a person who understands you and may help you in your problems. Generally, these days we are engaged in our hectic lifestyle and due to this mental stress has become common. And surprisingly, when you talk with someone it can also lead to increase in stress. For example: You called a friend and started discussing about your day and blaah blaaah…You asked your friend about his studies. And with no surprise he will reply that i lacking in studies and I'll not pass the exams and these type of demotivating things.
Ultimately it will lead to increase in stress. And now let's talk about how Talking with someone can reduce stress! So there are 2 things again: The person whom you are talking must be of a great understanding. He/she must be a good listener. So the person whom you are talking plays a important role. And here a psychology works. You might have heard it.. telling your problems someone, gives you a feel of relief. But sometimes it might be possible that he / she may make fun of you and your problems. Again the point 1 works. You need a good person with good understanding. And now come to 2nd point,.He / she must be a good listener because we are not willing to listen someone. We never wants to someone.Cheers!
