The National LGBTQ+ Bar is proud to support the forthcoming article, "The Inaccessibility of LGBTQ+ Arbitrators or Mediators - Is This a Problem in Need of a Solution?”, selected for original publication at the Institute for Inclusion in the Legal Profession | IILP State of Diversity in the Legal Profession Year in Review (2025). As part of the publication, the article’s authors created a survey that seeks input on the availability and selection of LGBTQ+ arbitrators and mediators. All are invited to complete the confidential survey, which will inform the forthcoming IILP Year in Review publication and provide valuable insight as to whether the availability of LGBTQ+ arbitrators and mediators matters and why. Thanks to everyone who participated in the Trans in BigLaw in-person meeting at Lavender Law? in Washington, D.C. Both our in-person meeting and the "Trans in BigLaw Survival Guide" panel were a huge success.
