So, what exactly are Social Fridays? It’s a fresh initiative started in 2022, designed to give our team a chance to Involve and Elevate together .?

The Concept Every Friday, our employees engage in relaxed, informal activities that promote bonding, learning, and growth. From team-building exercises to interactive sessions with directors, we're encouraging a culture where both camaraderie and professional learning thrive.?

Learning from the Leaders The central theme ‘Involve and Elevate’ is reflected in the invaluable sessions conducted by management. One recent example is of Arun Ashan , Director of Sales, when he offered a captivating overview of the logistics industry using interactive puzzles and real-world examples. Similarly, Chief Growth Officer Kunal Maheshwari shared his remarkable career journey, right from his early days at Anand Rathi to now leading Softlink's international growth strategies, corporate affairs, sales, and marketing. A recipient of the 'Emerging Young Logistics Professional of the Year' award at India Cargo Awards 2024, Kunal's dynamic perspective elevated the outlook of our young talent, inspiring them to pursue excellence. Kunal’s advice "Take something and do it like it's your own work" resonated deeply, emphasizing the importance of passion and drive.
