The Friday Thing #864
Time for some respite....
The Friday Thing 864 is just a bit of fun which sometimes, y'know, is what we need on a Friday.
I feel like part of my job here is to find the odd corners of the Internet and share them with you at times, not least as it'll keep me in a job for a while. It's also what got this whole thing started...
My recent find I'd like to share is Scene Wise . It's a digital puzzle that invites you to organize scenes from a movie in the order that they appeared. On the face of it, this sounds very simple. In practice....but blimey, it's tricky.
Now, partly that is because I simply don't watch that many movies but even for one I thought I knew well, it took several tries - and you only get six. Do you know The Shawshank Redemption inside out? How about The Hangover? When Oceans 11 came up I thought I had it nailed. Tough. Pulp Fiction? Oh yeah, hit me with it...
That's it for this week. Wildly addictive, frustratingly hard and gives me some ideas for applying this creative technique at work. As Paul Smith says, "You Can Find Inspiration in Everything - (And If You Can't, Look Again)".
Music for this week is Round & Round by New Order.
Happy Friday

1 个月I almost want to say, because of the nature Tarantino movies are produced they can be tough for this exercise. Although, given I watched Django last night I was able to get one ??
