What is the happiest memory you have of life so far?

I have many happiest memories, but the one that resonates the most emotionally for me was the day I married Fiona in St Giles Cathedral in Edinburgh in February 2001. A snowstorm struck the hour before we got married, and I have an incredible memory of my wife coming through the double doors of the cathedral with a snowstorm framing her perfectly as if she was stepping out of a snow globe. Surrounded by our closest family and friends, the day was perfect in so many ways. Fiona’s cartwheel in her wedding dress was one of the highlights, along with our first dance, sung by my brother and sister-in-law. We finished the day at 3 am in Palm Court of The Balmoral Hotel,, gushing about our wonderful day!

Which strength contributes most to your sense of purpose or fulfilment?

My Connectedness (#3) and Belief (#11) have the biggest role in my experience of purpose. Connectedness helps me feel part of a higher purpose and to believe that I have a significant role to play in the universe.?Belief grounds me in my

Purpose and Values: I have created/re-created my purpose many times over the last 15 years.?My latest purpose statement inspires me to:

• Honour Fiona in everything I do
• Love and support Cameron and Ross unconditionally
• Live FISH fully and bring FISH to the world

If your reputation/personal brand could be summarised in one colour and one word, what would it be?

Dark green – Courage
