新年快乐，万事如意！On behalf of my family, I would like to wish all my friends and colleagues a very happy and blessed Lunar New Year!    

Beyond the daily work, there is a special connection when someone at work reaches to me during the Lunar New Year and speak blessings that is dear to my culture, my identity, my being. I felt it so vividly 2 weeks ago when our Senior Leadership Team from the US and from Dublin took time to immerse in the local celebrations and even made the effort to practice & release words of blessings in the local language, an excellent 'walk the talk' in being people obsessed! I felt it again today, when business partners and customers exchanged well wishes for a blessed new year!!

To put our team members, our partners and our customers first; is like being on a journey with them. It must celebrate beyond the business metrics, and meet them where their culture & their traditions are, because it is important to them. 

Today is the 1st of 15 days in the Lunar New Year celebrations; if you have a Chinese, a Korean, or any team members or customers or partners who celebrate this special occasion, why not say a sincere word of blessing to them!

Wishing us all the birth and continuation of great friendships as we take small intentional steps to celebrate diversity in our workplaces!!
