We were in our team meeting this morning when it struck me just how much of an incredible impact our clients are making. Both in their own industries and across the world.
When we launched The TV Bookers, we set the bar high. We set the goal of supporting clients that are truly making a positive impact for the greater good.
I'm really proud of how this week exemplifies that.
On Monday, we had a client featured on ABC in Washington, DC, where he shared a system he has built that teaches mathematics as a language to empower K-12 students. The results are staggering. His app is helping students accelerate mathematics learning at such a pace that when they averaged the progress of 57,127 students that have used his app, the students completed 1.67 years of conceptual mathematics in 13 weeks. That's a 6x increased rate of learning.
Later that day, we had a client on-air that is advocating on Capitol Hill against firms selling children's online financial data. I'm not sure if you know this, but mobile apps collect an estimated 72 million data points of a single child by the time they are 8 years old. Yes, they are collecting your child's geo location, name, date of birth, likes, dislikes, shopping behavior and so much more. Our client spoke with ABC in Phoenix about how the technology his company deploys is not only protecting families' online financial privacy, but also helping parents develop their children's financial literacy, too.
On Tuesday, one of our home improvement experts in Dallas talked through the importance of using environmentally friendly materials for home projects to reduce toxins and allergies. With small children and pets in your home this becomes even more important. His company is breaking down old stereotypes of bland, boring, and unimpressive materials with a whole new array of environmentally friendly flooring that is safe, sleek, and appealing.

Wednesday, we had a client on CBS addressing the current nursing shortage in hospice care and showing how they are helping to alleviate the problem. The shortages are easy to identify but the solutions are much harder to implement. Our client is stepping up to combat the nursing shortage and provide outstanding care to hospice patients in critical need.
Today, we have a client in Houston about to announce a massive breakthrough in the battle against Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. Our client's therapies are decreasing in the neuroinflammation that is associated with these neurodegenerative diseases. The potential impact of these therapies is enormous given that the number of Americans living with Alzheimer's disease is estimated to be 5.7 million.
And, finally, we just have another client on-air today talking about the 90th Anniversary of the first attempted solo flight around the world made by Jimmie Mattern in 1933. This is truly an extraordinary story. On June 3, 1933, Jimmie and his Lockheed Vega rose into the sky to chase glory. He wouldn’t set foot on American soil again for eight grueling weeks after a crash in the Siberian. wilderness. His story made him a legend - a truly captivating story of a spirited, intrepid aviation pioneer who inspired the countless daring pilots and astronauts who came after him.
I am so proud of our team and grateful for our media partners for making it possible for our clients to tell these stories. Most of all, I'm in awe of our clients and the truly life-changing impact they are making.
If you would like any more information on any of our clients' products or services that I've mentioned please do reach out, I'd be happy to connect you.
Never underestimate the valuable and important difference we can make in every life we touch. For the impact we make today has a powerful rippling effect on every tomorrow.
