The Friday Future of Work – Vol. 27 LIVE??

This week, I was on the radio, talking about how the music industry made headlines as artists protested AI-generated music by releasing a silent album.

Their message?

AI is profiting from human creativity while musicians are being left behind.

Meanwhile, campaigns like #MakeItFair are demanding copyright laws adapt to protect artists. The big debate: Should AI companies be allowed to train on human-made music without permission? Or should creators have control over how their work is used?

But here’s the bigger question:

What kind of work will still belong to humans in the age of AI?

AI is Good at Repetition—But It Can’t Do LIVE

AI can compose, produce, and remix music. It can write scripts. It can generate deepfake videos. It can even clone voices. But there’s one thing AI will never truly master: the power of live human connection.
