This week, I was on the radio, talking about how the music industry made headlines as artists protested AI-generated music by releasing a silent album.
Their message?
AI is profiting from human creativity while musicians are being left behind.
Meanwhile, campaigns like #MakeItFair are demanding copyright laws adapt to protect artists. The big debate: Should AI companies be allowed to train on human-made music without permission? Or should creators have control over how their work is used?
But here’s the bigger question:
What kind of work will still belong to humans in the age of AI?
AI is Good at Repetition—But It Can’t Do LIVE
AI can compose, produce, and remix music. It can write scripts. It can generate deepfake videos. It can even clone voices. But there’s one thing AI will never truly master: the power of live human connection.
Because here’s the thing… LIVE music isn’t just about sound. It’s about energy. Presence. Emotion. A shared experience between performer and audience that can’t be replicated by an algorithm.
The same is true for public speaking. AI can generate a speech, but it can’t deliver it with human passion, real-time adaptability, or the subtle, electric exchange between a speaker and a crowd.
Maybe it’s the same for going on the radio or on TV or on podcast as I do. Maybe but I am not artist… I might be creative but…
In a world where AI can automate creativity, the future of work won’t just be about what you do—but how you do it. And doing it LIVE is what will set humans apart. So does LOVING what you do - which we have spoke about before.
Why LIVE Performance is the Ultimate Human Advantage
Think about it…
Live concerts are still thriving, even though AI can generate music. People crave human energy.
Live theatre still draws crowds, even though Netflix exists. People want real experiences.
Public speaking remains one of the most powerful skills in business. Because AI can’t inspire like a human can.
As work changes, the ability to engage, present, and communicate LIVE will be more valuable than ever. Whether you’re a musician, an entrepreneur, or a leader, being able to capture an audience in real time will be a skill AI simply can’t replace.
And that’s exactly why public speaking is one of the most important skills for the future of work.
So… How Good Are Your Public Speaking Skills?

Final Thought: The Future is LIVE
Music is changing. Work is changing. AI is changing the game. But the most human experiences—live music, live storytelling, live speaking—will always hold value.
Because in the future of work, it won’t just be about doing what you love—it’ll be about loving to do it live.
I little like me LOVING going on the radio and podcasts.
And also loving doing trainings sessions for organisation about AI.
