The Friday Concentrate #31: Bias for Action
Happy end of H1 to all who celebrate. For all of us on the February Fiscal Year, I hope the week is wrapping strong.
For us at The Juice it's been a fast and furious quarter. It's a great reminder that even when things aren't perfect, just move.
In the earliest days of building, this was the mandate. As businesses grow it's easy to slow down—even natural. Decisions get bogged down, projects have more stakeholders, technology gets more complex, and the list goes on.
This bias for action is similar to the "Imperfect Momentum" (inspired by Ali Schwanke ) I've written about before. For our team, this quarter has been filled with momentum and action:
Has it been perfect? Absolutely not. Has it been fast? Absolutely.
Next week, we'll try to run through the finish line.
Then, we're back at the starting line for H2 and Q3. We'll make a lot of mistakes but it won't be due to inaction.
Until next time, Bring The Juice!
Jonathan
A Dash of Data:
This is typically the section when I share data from our platform. This week, I'm asking for you to participate in an awesome project and provide data.
We are grateful to be supporting Tommy Walker ( The Content Studio ), SparkToro , and Superpath for "The State of (Dis)Content Survey "
If you have five minutes to spare, we would love your perspective on the broader content marketing industry.

We talk about how data is actually the last puzzle piece for a lot of their content and how internal enablement is the secret sauce that makes it all work.
In this episode, we talk to the CEO of Women in Sales , Alexine Mudawar . We learn about the different types of communities and how to make the most of each unique situation. I got to ask Alexine about her own entrepreneurship journey ... and the time we jumped out of a plane together. Seriously.
