“Happy Friday! Here’s to all of us who made it through another week of faking adulthood.”?— Nanea Hoffman
There are just not enough good things to say about Fridays.
It’s the end of a long work week, the start of the weekend, and best of all, we get new music on Spotify and Apple Music.
But there’s more to Fridays than just fun and games. Friday is also great for showcasing your creativity and leaning into self-expression!
In this article, I aim to show you just that.
Friday through the eyes of Chakra
By the way, when’s the last time you learned about your?chakra centers?
If it’s been a while,?here’s a quick recap: We have seven main chakra centers in the body, and each center can be associated with a day of the week.
Each chakra center has a unique?emotional theme, block, and audible frequency?(we’ll discuss this later). Each center can be activated independently; if left unchecked, it can become overused or underused.
Fridays’ Specific Emotional Theme, Block, & Frequency
On Fridays, your emotional goal should be to practice introspection, flex your creative muscle, and cleanse any toxins in the body.
Here are three little chakra tricks I use to find my truth on Fridays.
#1 Chakra Recommended Activities
“It’s Friday morning, mankind! Good vibe, don’t frown and let the monster see you smile!”?— Napz Cherub Pellazo
Today’s recommended activities should help you show off your creative side and explore what it means to be you!
Recommended Activities:
In his book,?Deep Work, Cal Newport explains a productivity technique called “productive meditation.” Basically, this is when you perform a simple task, like going for a walk, washing the dishes, or going for a drive, and you use that time to think through a current problem you’re facing.
Fridays are perfect days for this. You’ll notice you’ll be more truthful to yourself about what you want, and since you’re naturally more creative, you’ll tend to find better solutions faster.
Seriously, try this out next Friday. Make it a priority to work out a complex problem you’ve been dealing with, and see what creative and unique solutions come up.

#2 Self-Reflection Questions
“FRIDAY. Make each day of the week like Friday and your life will take on new enthusiasm.”?— Byron Pulsifer
When’s the last time you asked yourself self-reflection questions tailored for Friday? They can enlighten you and help you develop a clear intention for the day.
The following questions are ones you can write down or keep in your conscious awareness throughout the day.
Self-Reflection Questions:
These questions echo the other points I’ve made in this article. The goal here is to remind you that Fridays are for guilt-free self-expression. Today is the day to practice being true to yourself and those around you.
#3 Solfeggio Frequency Spotify Playlists
“When you leave work on Friday, leave work. Don’t let technology follow you throughout your weekend (answering text messages and emails) take a break you will be more refreshed to begin the workweek if you have had a break.” — Catherine Pulsifer
Every morning, I start by listening to?Solfeggio frequencies?associated with the corresponding chakra day. On Friday, I listen to?741Hz?to help cleanse any toxins accumulated throughout the week.
I created the following playlist on Spotify. You can save it and use it the next time you need a detox on Friday.
Playlist:?Friday Starter Kit
Conclusion
Let’s face it, Fridays are the golden child of the workweek.
But they play an even more significant role in the grand scheme of the week.
Use Fridays as the day to?look inward and be unapologetically you. Embrace the creative genius inside of you, dive deeper into understanding yourself, and cleanse any toxic energy surrounding you.
“Every Friday, I like to high five myself for getting through another week on little more than caffeine, willpower, and inappropriate humor.” — Nanea Hoffman
