Getting started

  2. After getting numbers on the overlapping customers and assessing market viability, they can get started by building integration(s) with any of the Freshworks products and listing it on the marketplace.
  3. To begin, they can set up a trial account on Freshworks Developer Platform, which can be extended up to 6 months.
