Is that a new download available on Marmalade Marketing 's website?!

You betcha.

You may have seen that we conducted a survey earlier this year, asking recruitment marketers all about their experience with AI on a day-to-day basis. The findings were fascinating! We don't want to give too much away but, here's a sneak peek at some of the key findings. Out of the respondents:

?? 72% of recruitment participants professionals are tapping into AI - but is it all smooth sailing?

? 24% reported a weekly saving of 5-10 hours thanks to AI - but what tools are they using?

??? What's The Latest?

Here's a roundup of the news we have been talking about in Toast Towers:

  • Content-Driven Decisions: This fantastic guide from Turtl , highlights why it's so important to consider behavioural psychology when creating content - especially if you expect your prospects to transform into customers - "how you communicate is just as important as what you say". You can read the guide here.
  • LinkedIn Newsletter Updates: LinkedIn now separates comments from newsletter content, making discussions more visible and engaging (look to the right, you should see a comment section now). Also, every time you publish a newsletter, subscribers get email and in-app notifications. Anyone following you will also be prompted to subscribe if they aren't already. This will definitely help to get your content in front of more people! Oh, and you can now generate cover images for your newsletters using the newly integrated Microsoft Designer!
  • L’Oréal's Approach to AI in Recruitment: According to Michael Kienle "Talent will never be recruited by a machine" and although "AI can help recruiters tackle high applicant volumes...it can't take on a large role." Does this align with your views or do you feel differently? You can read the full article about L’Oréal's approach to using AI in recruitment here.

Our Insights

Three C's of Recruitment Marketing: Part Two

In Part Two of our new blog series, the Three Cs of Recruitment Marketing, we're all about candidates. Attracting top talent goes beyond the basics like salaries and job titles - it's about making genuine connections and connecting with candidates on a deeper level. With this blog, you can learn how to create tailored profiles that truly resonate with potential candidates' narratives, tapping into their aspirations and challenges too. We also talk about the power of personalising your outreach with effective email marketing and re-engaging passive candidates who have slipped through the cracks.

Three C's of Recruitment Marketing: Part Three

We're also treating you to the final instalment of our Three C's series, where we turn the spotlight to colleagues. Finding the right people to work with you is just as important as finding people to work for you. In this blog, we teach you how to whip up an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that not only talks the walk but walks the walk, truly embodying what your business stands for. We also share tips on making your workplace the place to be - think storytelling through blog articles (like we do), vibrant social media posts, and your team members acting as your biggest brand ambassadors online.
