Fresher’s Rising: Aparna Kochar

Aparna Kochar joined us as a fresher, just barely a fledging in the professional world with a mix of excitement and nerves, adapting to a corporate environment and imagining what it would be like to work with senior clients. However, through our smooth onboarding process and comprehensive training program, she quickly gained confidence and enhanced her skills. While she faced a few challenges along the way, her dedication and perseverance paid off, earning her multiple instances of positive client feedback that became key morale boosters.

Aparna’s drive to learn and grow has led her to successfully obtain AWS and Snowflake Core certifications, becoming a top scorer within the organization – an achievement that further fueled her motivation and confidence. Today, she trains both interns and senior colleagues on Snowflake, a role she embraces with great pride.

In the major projects she has contributed to, Aparna has worn multiple hats – handling development, testing, and cloud management to build exceptional solutions from scratch for our clients. Her hands-on experience has allowed her to master various tech stacks and significantly enhanced her expertise as an IT professional.

Reflecting on her three-year journey with us so far, Aparna acknowledges the initial apprehensions she had as a fresher but credits the supportive culture, flexible work environment, and abundant opportunities here in moulding her career into what she envisioned it to be when she was first starting out. “My experience here has been invaluable, and I am grateful for the chance to grow professionally in such a nurturing setting.” For freshers entering the IT field, Aparna has this advice to offer: “Stay curious, be adaptable, and always strive to improve your skills.”
