Being nine years into Human resources service, I’ve realized many things. And one thing, I was very sure, to sustain in a system you need to have specific personal and professional skills. Consistency requires you to have certain skills to get your job done easily and smartly.

The resume is all about discovering yourself. Before even you create your resume and apply for a job. you need to find yourself. Finding the real you is an unusual experience. Discovering yourself is not easy, but it's worth it. Wondering how?

Write your story: 

• Write down all of your professional and personal skills that you have.
• Note down the projects you've handled or the appreciation you may obtain.
• Write down your work experience and team-building activity, 
• Write down your qualifications with 3 top qualities
• Write down any good memories of your previous workpieces of training, activities you've gone through.
• Finally, write down your aim for why you want to win this interview.

If you get any negative past experiences during writing, focus on what you acquired from them. Everyone has this phase in their work, but stretching or overlooking them won't sustain you. Instead, recognize that these struggles developed you.

As of now, you’ve got the confidence to develop your image as an expert interviewee. Hence, let’s develop this image on your resume.

For most people interview is very easy, prepare a resume, get dressed, meet the interviewer, give interview, complete assessments (if any) and get the offer letter.
