Interview Process - Written test (Basic aptitude test) and followed by face to face interview

Job Description:-

Responsibilities:-

Coordination of applicants, conduction of job interviews and preparation of following steps

Searching candidates on job portals (Naukri.com or Monster.com) or social platforms like (LinkedIn or Facebook)

Calling and lining up Candidates from Database, extensive use of social networking platform

Screening candidates as per Clients requirement

Briefing Candidates against all available job opportunities and helping applicants to prepare for interviews

Following up with candidates till Joining

Head Hunting.

building relationships with clients.

Maintaining a healthy communication system towards the colleagues

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in business, Engineering, Computer science, human resource management, psychology or any other related field

First practical experience advantageous

Ability to communicate effectively with people throughout the organization

Strong interpersonal and listening

Motivation to constantly learn and develop the own knowledge and skills

Self-assured manner, also towards people in rather high positions
