As a Fresher, How to get a job in Computer Science?

Nowadays, The competition and pressure of getting the desired job in the computer science field for freshers that too from 3 Tier college are immense. 1. Campus Placements: This is one of the easiest ways, especially if you are studying at Elite University, Every year MNCs and startups come into campus and recruit freshers of related fields.

3. Employment Tests: This is an effective way to stand out in the crowd of no experience job seekers. E litmus, AMCAT, CO-Cubes are some good platforms that provide you the opportunity to appear in the interview of good companies if you score well in these tests.
4. Online Challenges: This is specific to technical roles mostly. There are online platforms that access candidates' skills of problem-solving and programming and based on performance invite you for the interview process. Hacker Rank and Hacker Earth are widely known websites where not only you can participate in the challenge for an interview but also you can polish your skills by practicing technical problems.
5. Through Help of some Institutes: This option is also valid for technical and engineering jobs only. Nowadays there are many online platforms like coding Ninjas where you can enroll for a course of your skill and after successful completion of this, you will be provided the placement support also.

Because of growing competition, it is definitely challenging to land your desired job without experience especially if you are not from elite universities but not impossible. Today there are lot of platforms and options which provide you the opportunity to showcase your talent, improve your skills, and get you a decent job.
