FOX Colleague of the Month
Help us congratulate Tara Mast, PT, DPT, CDT, our FOX Colleague of the Month! Tara goes above and beyond for her patients. Here is a heartwarming letter that Jenette Mowry, PT, MSPT, MSHA, CCI received from a patient's husband regarding Tara's care:
“Tara has been serving as a physical therapist for Durelle since she had a second hip replaced. During the recovery, she was diagnosed with myasthenia gravis, which has been slow to respond to treatment. Knowing that Durelle was becoming despondent over the lack of progress and that she loved golden retrievers, Tara made arrangements to borrow a neighbor's golden retriever and bring him by our apartment for a visit. She went home after work, picked up the dog, drove back to Atria, and brought him up to our apartment to see Durelle. The visit was an outstanding success. Clearly, this qualifies as, ‘above and beyond.’ Her perceptive compassion needs to be recognized as something special.”
