In which CBRE team do you work, and what do you enjoy most about it?

"I’m part of the Investment Properties team, and what I love most is the variety of work. From reading contracts to creating presentations, each project brings something new, so I’m constantly learning! Plus, I appreciate the cosy atmosphere of our small team, even though we're part of such a large company."

How did you start working at CBRE?

"I joined CBRE purely by chance, thanks to my relative, Adri. They needed part-time help for a summer project, and I took the opportunity. After I left for Erasmus, they welcomed me back, and everything fell into place perfectly!"

Why do you believe CBRE is a good place to develop your career?

"Everyone here is incredibly helpful! They share their extensive experience with me and offer valuable advice. They not only explain what I need in the moment but also help me see the bigger picture, giving me a better understanding of how everything fits together. It’s something I truly appreciate."

What inspires you most about working at CBRE?

"Right now, it’s the people on my team. They’re smart, approachable, and balance each other out perfectly. Watching their teamwork in action is incredibly motivating for me."

What do you hope to gain from your time at CBRE?

"It feels like a signpost guiding my career. I’ve realized how much I enjoy working in real estate, and I’m excited to continue growing in this field."

What’s your go-to productivity hack?

"Simply going to the office. I’m far more productive and focused here than anywhere else."

What’s one skill you’re hoping to develop at CBRE?

"Since this is my first ‘real’ job in an office setting, I’m learning how everything works in a corporate environment."

Are there any specific skills you bring to CBRE?

"Right now, my main contribution is my eagerness to learn, but I hope to eventually give back by sharing the skills I’ve gained."

Do you prefer working at the office or from home? Why?

"Definitely the office! It’s calmer, and I can focus better. Plus, communication is smoother—you can quickly discuss things face-to-face rather than texting every few minutes."

What’s your favourite thing about the CBRE offices?

"The great atmosphere! From a practical standpoint, the accessibility is also a big plus."
