Well, I managed it - here we are for a second week of fresh brand finds across the interweb. ??
Some will be brand new.
Others will be "what, how have you only just heard of this?"
But all have caught my eye recently and deserve to be shared with the world.
This week is all about food. Let's get on with it!
Small is mighty and that is certainly the case for Two Fields.
Born from a regenerative farming experiment, the brothers behind the project are working with local families on the island of Crete, teaching good farming practice and providing fair and secure livelihoods with their small batch extra virgin olive oil.
As well as partnering with some of the best restaurants in London town, their limited number batches are available direct from their website. But you'll need to be quick as they sell out, fast!
Very new to me and if I could remember who shared this in the first place I would tip my hat to them!
This simple bottle design was unignorable one morning as I scrolled through the delights of the internet and I immediately added it to this weeks list.
Being on the other side of the pond, I haven't had the pleasure of picking up a bottle but the website sells it well. Clean label ingredients, a claim of maximum flavour and unlike anything you've picked up from a supermarket before.
Researched and founded by chef David Chang and his team, its been a mainstay in many commercial kitchens and only recently been bottled, ready for you to enjoy at home.
I came across All Things Butter some time ago. Its hard to miss with their playful packaging design standing out among its more traditional competitors.
Their organic, British farmed range was launched to "educate and showcase how great butter can elevate everyday eating"

Where they stand out even further is their flavours. Not least for their newest sweet, Cinnamon Bun butter.
I've tried the savoury and they're great but a sweet butter like this is very much a bit of me. Available in a bunch of the big supermarkets and direct from their website (click the image to indulge yourself!)
A fresh and fun brand taking on the noodle market, Noodle Head stood out.
The popularity of noodles comes down to its affordability and convenience but rather than wrapping up yet another dried pack with a flavour sachet, Noodle Head stir frys fresh ingredients in a variety of East Asian combinations.
No prep, no mess and plenty of flavour, these packs are riding the noodle wave with sales of dried noodles rocketing 20.9% to £237.8m on volumes up 15.4%, according to recent NIQ data. [52 w/e 24 February 2024].
Currently available at Morrisons stores but I do hope this brand will find its way onto more shelves soon.
Gut Nuts from Philosopher Foods grabbed the interest of many over on Twitter (bird app for life ?) with its retro, bold styling.
Created entirely by accident by Tim he found that some sprouting almonds were fermenting. This resulted in a discovery of tasty savoury, tangy and umami flavours.
They're (allegedly) crunchier than their raw beginnings and have special superpower thanks to their fermented nature (this is not an approved claim of the USDA but we'll go with it).
Another brand for those in the US of A. But if someone could chuck some in a box and land them in Blighty, I'd be very appreciative.
That's it for this week. Next week its drinks!
