It is a process of adopting digital technologies by changing or modifying existing business processes to more digitally advanced ones or adopting the latest technologies to optimize the existing manual business processes. The digital transformation process is carried out to enhance the customer experience, promote a digital-driven culture in the organization and keep up with the changing business environment. It is often said, that digital transformation is not a one-time process, but a journey that a business organization undertakes.

Enterprise Applications

It is a software application designed to be used inside a business organization, which is to be used by the employees of the organization to carry out business processes and not end customers. Enterprise applications form an important component of an organization's information management system. This software is complex, large scale and mission-critical in nature.

Hyper automation

It is an approach to identifying and vetting business processes that can be optimized using multiple technologies and tools like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation, No Code tools, IPaaS, etc. This process is rapid in nature and aims at achieving business-wide automation of processes and eliminating the need for business experts in carrying out complex business processes. Hyper automation is often referred to as automation of the automated.

Legacy Modernization

Legacy systems refer to the old-fashioned and outdated software that has been operational for many years, that can barely fulfill operational requirements but does not support growth being used by the business organizations. Legacy modernization refers to the process of transforming these legacy systems and applications by implementing advanced digital technologies that support growth, reduce costs, increase productivity and optimize workflows.

Minimum Viable Product (MVP)

It is an early version of a product that has rudimentary features just enough to be used and adopted by early adopters. The objective of an MVP is to evaluate and validate a product idea by attracting early adopter customers and avoiding unnecessary and lengthy work in its development.

Robotic Process Automation

It is a methodology that facilitates Business Process Automation that is carried out through advanced software (metaphorical) robots and applications often based on artificial intelligence that is capable of performing repetitive, time-consuming, and manual business tasks.
