• How do I search for contract pilots on FlyingCompany.com?Flying Company?is not a traditional job board, directory, or forum. Instead of searching through lists of pilots, all you have to do is "Create a Trip" through the website and the pilots will come to you.
• How many pilots are on Flying Company?Approximately 150 Pilatus pilots from across the USA and growing!
• How many bids will I get on my trip?On average, Operators are receiving 5 bids per trip. These bids are typically received within 24-48 hours of creating a trip.?
• How do I verify a pilot's credentials and experience?When a pilot bids on your trip you can quickly download their Pilot History Form, Pilot Certificate, and their most recent Annual Training Diploma. This information can be used by you, as the operator, or your insurance company to verify that a pilot is qualified to operate your aircraft.
• How do I communicate with pilots through FlyingCompany.com?Our platform provides a secure messaging system that allows operators and pilots to communicate without needing to share private email addresses and cell phone numbers.
• I already have pilots I like working with. Can I use them through Flying Company? Absolutely! The “Preferred Pilot Alert” feature gives operators the ability to curate a select list of their most trusted and favored pilots. If you aren't always interested in broadcasting a trip request to all pilots on our platform, you can now send trip details directly to your "preferred pilots" - a previously vetted group. Instead of texting, calling, or emailing your preferred pilots individually, quickly create a trip and find out who is available and interested within minutes!
• How do I get an invoice from a trip?Once a trip is complete, Flying Company provides both Operators and Pilots with a matching invoice that reflects all of the costs associated with a trip (ex: Pilot Services, Per Diem, and Travel Expenses). Additionally, at the end of the year we help provide both parties with matching 1099’s in order to facilitate tax filing.
