11).Do you sell prototype PCB?

Yes. We offer PCB prototypes up to 32 layers, inclusive of FR-4 PCB, high frequency PCB, MCPCB and flexible PCB.

12).Do you sell high temperature PCB?

Yes. The material stability of high Tg (glass transition temperature) is high so that a high Tg PCB can be desirable. Multilayer and high layer PCB uses this material much.

13).Do you sell BGA circuit board?

Yes. We offer micro fine pitch BGA circuit boards. The minimum pad diameter of BGA is 10mil for prototypes, 12mil for mass production.

14).Do you sell blind via PCB?

Yes. Blind via is the hole starts from top layer or bottom layer and ends at one of inner layers. Blind via usually are plugged by epoxy resin and it's not visible by our eyes.

15).Do you sell quick turn (fast PCB) prototypes?

Yes. We offer PCB prototypes and quick turn prototypes. The quickest time is 24 hours for double sided and 5 days for 4 layers PCB. The disadvantage of quick turn is high cost.

16).Do you sell rigid-flex PCB?

Sorry. We currently do not offer rigid-flex PCB.

17).Do you sell via in pad PCB?

Yes. Via in pad (VIP) is a good real estate saving. We offer this kind of PCB for many applications like microcontroller, GPRS etc.

18).Do you sell MCPCB?

Yes. We offer metal core PCB(MCPCB), single sided and double sided, aluminum core and copper core, 1W/MK, 2W/MK and 3W/MK etc.

19).Do you sell heavy copper PCB?

Yes. Heavy copper PCBs can withstand high current and have good heat dissipation, it has been satisfying the market of power conversion module boards which is used in automobile electronics and electric equipment.

20).What's your minimum isolation of layers?

The minimum thickness of prepreg in inner layer is 0.06mm for prototypes, and thicker at 0.1mm for mass production.
