I bring dinner to my Dad’s a few times a week. To say he is picky is an understatement! This French Onion Ground Beef and Rice Casserole is a winner. He actually loved it. It combines caramelized onions, ground beef, and rice in a savory beef broth, topped with melted cheese. Seriously, caramelized onions, beefy rice, and melted cheese? You can't go wrong.
