French Government Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Programme 2025 for Masters & Ph.D.

The 2025 Eiffel Excellence Scholarship, sponsored by the French government, is a prestigious program aimed at attracting top international students for Master’s and PhD studies at French universities. Established by the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, it focuses on training future foreign leaders in key academic fields, both in the public and private sectors.

Fields of Study:

The scholarship supports students in the following areas:

• Science and Technology: Biology, health, ecological transition, mathematics, digital technologies, engineering.
• Social Sciences and Humanities: History, French language and civilization, law, political science, economics, management.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicants must be non-French nationals.
• For the Master's program, candidates must be no older than 27 by 2024.
• For the PhD program, candidates must be no older than 32 by 2024.
• Applicants cannot hold another scholarship at the time of application.
