2 个月Tara I agree with the importance of understanding the perception others have of us as a leader. In my opinion the next step from knowing how others experience us as leaders, is to understand the ripple effect of our leadership. That is, understanding the impact our daily approach to leadership has on those we work with, and if this impact encourages others to interact in ways that will achieve the outcomes we aim for.
