"Reframe Dancer,"?my friend Sierra called me when I walked into her house.?
Shortly before, I was traveling with a friend for 8 days and I called her "Medicine Song Woman," for her bone deep ability to sing ancient songs of the earth.?
Names are powerful reframes in themselves and thus sparked the topic of this third email of the seven as we ease?into 2024, each with an offering (food for thought) and a practice. (you can receive them all here)

2024 Transition Offering: The Reframe
The offering here is the power of the reframe for expanding into FREEDOM.?
Our words cast spells. We are constantly speaking narratives and stories to ourselves through our thoughts and our words to self and other, be them spoken, written, or intended.
Our thoughts and words are forms of meaning making from inputs and in-formation we receive from the visible and invisible fields.?
Pause for a moment and acknowledge how much information each of your bodily senses processes a day - from your eyes, at an estimated input of 10,000,000 bits per second, to your ears, at an input of 100,000 bits per second...
We are receiving, decoding, recoding, resonating, making meaning, and weeding out what to process, and how to process, constantly every nano-second of every day.?
We process information in our minds subconsciously and consciously through perceptual frames?imprinted by our caregivers as we developed, through society, media, education, conditioning, experiences, trauma, nature, ancestral information in our DNA, and in the energy field all around us.?
Our meaning making lens is tinted with biases, beliefs and assumptions, that form our worldview.
If you've been on a transformational journey, doing the inner work for a long time, perhaps you've dismantled some of the old frames -informed by experience, your flavor of meaning making, trauma, wounds, emotional imprints and the like.?
Once we dismantle the old we create space for new ways of perceiving and can approach this process with the power of the reframe.?
There are many layers to the reframe.?
Some layers include a literal frame, a mental frame, emotional frame, energetic frame, physical (bio) frame, a spiritual frame.?As we take responsibility for our experience and the meaning we give it we get to master more layers through reframing our perception.
A deeper level of application invites us to perceive a scenario through the frame of our Soul or Overself, as the observer, through Spirit, for some through God, through a holographic frame, a quantum frame, or even the frame of a simulation.
The goal is usually FREEDOM. Yes??
Now let's dive into some practices for applying this potent freedom giving technology called perception?to your life.
The Practice
??May 2024 be a year of mastering the reframe.

Base Level Scenario: I'm 'stuck' in traffic having a panic attack because I'm already 30 minutes late for a super important meeting that could determine my future. I'm cursing at everyone and everything and am about to explode in road rage.?
REFRAME: I take a deep breath and FEEL a shift in my perception of the situation. I expand and remember the magic and power of the universe and say, "I am being held up here for the perfect reason and it's in the highest good for all. I could be being protected from a potential accident down the road. Whatever the outcome is of this meeting or lateness, is in mine and everyone's highest good.?
As I relax and breath, I forgive myself for freaking out and spewing toxic energy everywhere, and as I clean up my thoughts and energy I feel inspiration drop in with a nudge, "Call your contact now and let them know why you'll be late and ask what's the best next step."

NOW YOU: Take a scenario that's up for you right now...?
Something that feels unsettled or unsolved, maybe it's got a charge of a 5-7 on a scale of 1-10. It's best to practice with something a little less intense than a 10 to start.
Say someone says something hurtful to you. You receive it and say, "They are such a $&#@ how could they say that, they are, they did, they, they they..."?
Now apply a reframe and ask, "Hmm how is this mine? What emotion is this activating and why? What's the pattern in me that I see here? Why am I experiencing this person saying this to me right now?"?
If this practice feels hard, just know it's not always easy and doesn't always come naturally. We have blindspots and those mechanisms have protected us and served us. Maybe now is the moment we're ready to reframe them.?
