On this day, 24th of January 2016 my life changed. Me and my incredible team of utterly inspirational women arrived in Australia after 257 days at sea rowing across the Pacific and made history!?? 

This wasn’t why my life changed. What changed was the magic of the moments we experienced out there, the opportunity for invaluable reflection and the 4 years that have subsequently followed.

Highlights have included:

~A profound connection and tangible example of how a high performing team functions.

~A deep understanding of myself and the power of the mind and positive mindset.

~A reaffirmation of how to live life with meaning, impact and presence.

~A powerful story to share that encourages others to live up to their own true potential and authenticity.

~The confidence to create and develop a whole new career.

~The fortune to be able to cross paths with countless people that have inspired me and enriched my life.

~A flexible daily lifestyle that allows me to live with balance, excitement and spontaneity.

~The freedom to follow my passions and not worry about conforming to the usual societal standards.

What a journey of insight, connection, team spirit, perseverance, change, adaptability, challenge, hardship, humour, excitement and liberation.
