The FREEDOM My Clients Experience

How many of you forget what it feels like to feel and look your best?


On top of feeling frustrated for looking and feeling the way you do when you truly want more, you can’t help but constantly feel:


TIRED

HANGRY

ASHAMED

GUILTY

LOST

Or,


like you can’t seem to figure out how to solve your problem and that nothing you do seems to make a difference?


Most of society feels this way and it’s unfortunate.


What’s important to know is that it’s NOT your fault nor are you to blame for feeling and looking the way you do.


You just don’t have the information to apply in a manner that serves you and becomes a part of you for the long game.


The truth is, most of society is unable to burn fat for fuel because they are addicted to sugar.


This means they are NOT fat adapted and constantly need sugar to “keep going” or caffeine to wake them up.


They find themselves saying they will get to the gym tomorrow but when tomorrow comes, they’re hitting snooze.


They wake up feeling ashamed of breaking another promise to themselves and find their way to the coffee pot or fridge to grab a soda or energy drink to just wake up.


This is followed by a bowl of cereal, pastry, or more sugar in the coffee as they make their way to heading off to work.


After making their way to work, they crash by the afternoon and need another cup of coffee or another energy drink to just finish out the day before they can get home and sit themselves on the couch with a cold beer or glass of wine (let’s be real, it’s never just one beer or one glass of wine.)


Sound familiar?


But what would it feel like to wake up motivated and not need any kind of stimulant to just feel ALIVE?


What would it feel like to not hit snooze and feel like you’re not failing yourself and those that count on you?


What would it feel like to transform your body and mind and see that reflected in the mirror?


Simply put, this is possible and is exactly what I help people achieve in their lives.


We do this by retraining their bodies to become fat-adapted which simply means you’re actually able to burn body fat for fuel and enjoy your life without being a slave to sugar or crashing at 3 pm.


You no longer have to stop what you’re doing to eat something just so you can stay awake or get your mind off of food and you’re no longer the HANGRY friend or co-worker.


When you’re fat-adapted, your energy reserves (your fat) become unlocked and you’re able to tap into these reserves when needed, which results in feeling energized and satiated without the need for caffeine and/or sugar.


This means returning home to be fully present with your family or work on that side hustle or do whatever it is you typically feel too tired to even think about.


This means your health and performance increase and you begin seeing the potential to reach your goals which ultimately makes you even more motivated to keep the momentum going!


I speak with so many individuals that are beyond frustrated and angry at being lied to with how to burn fat and end up wasting a bunch of money and time.


They commit to these low-calorie, low-carb, low-fat, restrictive diets while trying to cram in as much cardio as they can get themselves to do.


And, they actually see some results. But, at a cost.


They feel stressed.


They feel hungry.


They feel exhausted.


They feel weak and they feel annoyed.


Then they give up and eat all that’s in sight, especially the comfort and sugary foods.


All of a sudden, all the weight they may have lost jumps right back on and some! What the hell?


Maybe this sounds like what you have experienced and maybe you’ve experienced this more than once.


How did this make you feel?


Did you feel ashamed or guilty?


Did you feel like you’re a failure?


Did you feel like no matter what you do, nothing seems to work?


I want you to know, you’re not alone. AND, it’s not your fault.


See, what people don’t know about these fad diet programs is that although they may work at first, there is something these “experts” and influencers are NOT telling you.


They are not telling you that the success you’ll see comes at a costly price.


It comes at a cost of skeletal muscle mass, which lowers the amount of energy your body is able to utilize.


It comes at a cost of energy levels and is why you’re CRASHING midday and experiencing BRAIN FOG and HEADACHES and possible HORMONAL issues.


It comes at a cost of your alarm system (stress) constantly being triggered which prevents you from being able to burn fat and in return, you burn more muscle mass and store more fat. This also increases your cravings for sugar and alcohol!


What they also don’t tell you is that after you break from this diet and begin eating as you previously did, you’re going to store most of what you eat as fat because your body’s energy demands lowered so much to compensate for the lack of energy coming in.


When you become fat-adapted, your body becomes reprogrammed to burn fat predominantly for fuel while also reducing stress levels in your body and you can enjoy the food you truly want to consume without it hurting you.


The beauty of this is that whenever you don’t eat, your body is trained to tap into its fat reserves to make up for the deficit. This also means that your body is able to utilize all forms of food as energy rather than storing it as fat!


You’re also regulating stress much better and able to respond to stress more productively so you don’t end up craving sugar to just “get by” or feel the need to want to drink alcohol to “wind down” at the end of your day.


This means you’re FINALLY able to burn body fat and you’re able to create LIBERATION from cravings and actually enjoy the process of becoming the healthiest version of yourself without having to run on a treadmill for hours a week or eat like a bird.


This is the freedom I lead my clients to and that I find is what we all want when we try to “diet”.


I find that when people go on diets that are borderline tortuous, what they really want is to find structure and discipline that also allows them to feel energized at all times while also looking and feeling GOOD!

The people I work with say they never thought they’d be able to lose the weight, and KEEP IT OFF, while also enjoying the process.
