When starting a business, the dream often begins with a vision of some kind of freedom.

Freedom to choose how you work, who you work with, how much you make, and what kind of life you'll create. But even the most inspired leaders of freedom-focused businesses face challenges, especially when they lose sight of their vision.

Looking back, I see how my business has helped me heal and grow as I’ve supported others in doing the same.

While away I prepared as a panelist for the KOA organization and organized content for a different type of Vision masterclass that I led yesterday. They all gave me an opportunity for reflection.
