A secure, easy to use and feature-rich service, the wallet is equipped with trailblazing technology and a robust partner network, making it a truly game-changing service that will bring value to consumers and our partners in the ecosystem. Just the way Snapdeal revolutionized the way sellers and buyers transact in India – the FreeCharge Wallet would transform the way payments are made and received in the country by consumers and businesses. With an ecosystem of 87 million registered users, 8.2 million daily unique users, 4 million monthly engaged hours, 15 million stored cards, combined network GMV of >$4 Billion, our goal is to build FreeCharge Wallet into India’s most trusted and used wallet in the next 6 months. The leading digital payment companies of the world have a deep relationship with a large anchor merchant: Alipay – Taobao, PayPal – eBay, are a couple of the most prominent global examples. Snapdeal will provide this anchoring to the FreeCharge Wallet. In fact, this is a unique combination for India, where a high turnover - GMV (Snapdeal) and a high transaction velocity (FreeCharge) platform are part of the same company thereby driving great synergies and making both platforms symbiotically stronger. We will bring this strength of scale, technology and convenience to the table for all online and offline merchants who partner with FreeCharge Wallet – we believe in a culture of partnerships; we would enable the success of every partner in the FreeCharge Wallet family.

Launch of FreeCharge Wallet is also aligned with Indian government’s digital payments initiative; the Digital India program envisages a smartphone in the hand of every Indian by 2019. The government is evangelizing financial inclusion through its newly-launched Jan Dhan Yojana, or people's wealth program, to bring the unbanked into the organized financial services sector. India is in the middle of the biggest digital and financial revolution and we are thrilled to be a part of it. Few days back, I had placed an order for Ester Andi Bluetooth Speaker from Snapdeal. The product delivered to me was totally different from the product featured in their respective website. I had immediately requested to return the product and asked for a refund. The delivery boy was also prompt enough to pick up the delivery. After repeated follow-ups I was told to be patient as my product is on its way. They will see to it that this time I receive the same product, which is featured in their website. What follows after this what happened will actually surprise you. One fine day the customer-care executive calls me and says that they will neither give ship the product orders by me nor will they refund my money on the basis of my previous transaction history. I am unable to figure out how can a reputed company forfeit my money just like this. It is utter shame on the company & of course on its brand. How dare they can do so? You can see to the transaction history & listen to the conversation between the customer-care executive & I. I would earnestly

Still we updated 2 mobile no and 2 mail id but the answer was not aqble to reach you th hi tech answer from snap deal Cash not refund. Ord ID: 9237212814. Issue raised on nova 5 and still it is not resolved since more than 2 months I’m struggling for the refund but response every time from team was escalated and but there was action oriented output from them. since advance technology used for the after initiation of the refund on NEFT after 5 days I got the information from snap deal was some technical issue not able to process even I give another 5 working day but still the conation again the team try to cheat and starts from scratch we are escalating this issue on top priority I don't know when it will get resolve Since morning your asking time still you can’t locate this issue what an advance technology using at snap deal but even reply was give me time. what? When? How long? That part still in indefinite resolution……………………. Is that I give less time to you for respond since 2 month not enough for your team to respond. Since more than 2 months you are checking it only on out put the concern @ same stage refund not given
