In today’s world, success is often seen as the ultimate goal. Many high-achieving executives dedicate their lives to climbing the corporate ladder, accumulating wealth, and attaining social status.
But what happens when you reach the top, only to find that the success you’ve worked so hard to achieve feels more like a cage than a reward?
This is the paradox many executives face: despite all their external achievements, they feel trapped, unfulfilled, and disconnected from their true selves. They are living in what I call the "Golden Cage"—a state where external success has been achieved, but at the cost of inner peace, joy, and true fulfillment.
