FREE WORKSHOPS IN PG, SMITHERS & TERRACE for persons who provide services to indigenous peoples (and for indigenous peoples)

Workshops will include presentations by

(a) BC Civil Liberties Association on the rights of individuals who come into contact with police

(b) Civilian Review & Complaints Commission on their role as an independent body that oversees and responds to complaints regarding police misconduct

(c) Independent Investigations Office on their role in investigating and responding to police misconduct where a person is seriously injured or dies during a police interaction

NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED FOR PUBLIC WORKSHOPS; REGISTER FOR THE SERVICE PROVIDER WORKSHOPS by emailing [email protected]
