Free workshop: using beneficial ownership data in Nigeria

Do you want to learn how to work with beneficial ownership data in Nigeria?

Are you a data journalist, data analyst, civil society representative, advocate, academic or someone who wants to learn about current data available, and how it could be used for investigations?

This three-day workshop can help you get the most out of beneficial ownership data and introduce you to different data analysis tools.

Join Open Ownership and the?Wole Soyinka Center for Investigative Journalism?for a three-day workshop targeted at beneficial ownership data users from Nigeria. This is a chance for participants to:

  • learn about the importance of quality and timely beneficial ownership data; and
  • share skills, tools and methodologies to analyse and use the data.

The sessions aim to strengthen the capabilities of participants to analyse and use ownership data, which will improve natural resources advocacy and governance in Nigeria.

The workshop will take place from 8 to 10 February 2023 near Lagos, and participation costs will be reimbursed.
