8 年Thanks Mikey - we're still fixing things! Because it's a one click access with no downloads, it's impossible to control the other persons computer remotely. To do that, we'd need to ask you to download something onto your computer which makes it as hard to use as the rest, and throws the ISO security standards out the window! We had to pick a route to go down, and we thankfully went for ease of use & security. Pricing wise, it is completely dependant on requirements, starting at ￡99.
