Free Training for Coaches—How to Coach Your Clients to Unlock the 3 Feminine Power Centers

In my journey of working with countless brilliant, self-aware, and high-achieving women, I've observed a common thread: despite their remarkable accomplishments, many find themselves standing at the threshold of the life they desire, yet unable to step fully into it.

This isn't due to a lack of capability or effort. Rather, it's because the traditional, masculine model of power—rooted in control, independence, and external validation—doesn't align with the unique strengths and intuitive intelligence inherent in women.

To coach your female clients to self-actualize will require the cultivation of a different kind of power—one that resonates with our co-creative potential and natural inclinations. This is where the 3 Power Centers of Feminine Power come into play.

These centers are designed to disrupt the three pervasive blocks that keep us stuck: shame, lack, and isolation. By activating them, we can unlock a reality where our confidence, love, prosperity, and impact expand exponentially.

The 3 Power Centers of Feminine Power:

  1. The Power to Break Through the Inner Glass Ceiling (Disrupts Shame):?This center empowers women to overcome internalized limitations and societal conditioning that foster feelings of unworthiness or inadequacy. By embracing their true value and potential, women can shatter the invisible barriers that have held them back.
  2. The Power to Unlock Your Inner GPS and Deep Intuition (Disrupts Lack):?This center focuses on reconnecting women with their innate wisdom and intuitive guidance. Trusting and following this inner compass allows women to move beyond feelings of scarcity and uncertainty, leading to a life aligned with their deepest desires and purpose.
  3. The Power to Generate Support and Co-Creation (Disrupts Isolation):?This center emphasizes the importance of building nurturing relationships and collaborative networks. By fostering genuine connections and seeking mutual support, women can transcend the isolation that often accompanies the pursuit of personal and professional goals.

In my upcoming 3 part article series, we'll delve into each of these power centers, exploring how coaches harness them to unleash their clients' highest potential.

Can you do me a quick favor in advance??

If a woman has been raised in an abusive home and was not recognized as having rights or having a place in the world then it is hard for the woman to come out. I was raised with eight brothers. Women in our home were not the favorite. So when I left my family, I felt I did not have a place in this world. I concentrated on working to exhaustions for years. It took me years to undo the damage that has done to my feminine side. I hope someday I will be able to help women come out of their shell quicker than I had to do it. I like the articles you are putting on Claire. It awaken feelings that are dormant in me.

I'm finding that most of my clients are generally struggling with low self esteem, "I'm not good enough", and feeling unworthy of success, great health, or a love partnership. ~ Questions??? I feel I have much to offer as a new coach, but I personally feel challenged on how to market myself. Is it only through social media now? ie: Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn?

My clients are really feeling isolated right now. They feel isolated in their jobs as aegism is an issue for them, but don't want to reach out for help and risk their job stability.

I’ve found that many of my female clients—especially high-achieving, spiritually conscious women—struggle with deeply ingrained patterns of over-responsibility, self-doubt, and learned helplessness after a major life disruption, like a health crisis or burnout. They are often held back by fears of being seen, judged, or criticized, as well as the pressure to be perfect and not disappoint their clients. At the core, the deepest wound is their disconnection from self. They frequently feel stuck between the masculine model of pushing through and the feminine wisdom of allowing, receiving, and co-creating. One of the biggest challenges I see is trusting their own inner authority—their intuition, embodied knowing, and power to shape their reality. Instead, they second-guess themselves, seek external validation, or wait for permission to step into their full expression. I love the framework of the 3 Feminine Power Centers because it addresses these core blocks! My question is: How do you help clients move from an intellectual understanding of these power centers to fully embodying them in their daily lives? What practices have you found most effective for anchoring these shifts long-term? Looking forward to the series!

My clients get stuck in the "how" and wanting to know the answers before they have given themselves permission to deeply explore what it is that they really want for themselves, others in their immediate circles, and the greater community. They are also struggling to "name" what it is that is stirring insider of them - they have big feelings, scary feelings - they "feel" that something needs to shift/change/move, but they are at a loss on what to do.
