Peter Rossdeutscher AM
Independent Board Director, former Global Managing Director. Advisor in digital innovation strategies, commercialisation and growth, and providing equality of economic empowerment opportunities.
The business community is pulling together to offer free workshops and programs designed specifically for Western Australian small and medium businesses looking to strengthen the way they do business and lead in the Covid-19 recovery market.
Fast Forward WA is offering two streams of free online workshops, group coaching sessions, business mentoring and networking, plus access to a portal of training and resources, to help lead and adapt. The two streams are OPEN WORKSHOPS and an EXTENDED MENTORING PROGRAM.
Delivered by Atomic Sky and supporting companies, the Programs run over several months, and include sessions with topic experts via virtual online delivery. Initially focusing on managing cash flow and liquidity, digital marketing and strategic tactics for new sales then leadership development and pragmatic cost-effective ways to unlock capacity, to leverage online tools that reduce operational costs, strategic planning and measurable action plans.
Anyone that registers, can attend the free OPEN WORKSHOPS, which will be run from 28 Aug to 12 Oct, and consist of six training workshops followed by Q&A, via virtual online delivery. Participants need to register, for all sessions or for selected sessions.
The free EXTENDED MENTORING PROGRAM has a capacity limit so is via an application process, which closes 20 September and is specifically for B2B in industrial sectors like manufacturing companies, providers of services or products to the oil & gas, mining, agriculture, transport, defence, healthcare or technology. Companies also get access to the Tap into Safety online mental health and learning platform.
"Small businesses drive local jobs, creating opportunities across the State. They have a positive effect to the communities they operate in by filling gaps and need. We are delighted so many organisations share the vision for providing support through, Fast Forward WA, to help those businesses lead in this COVID-19 impacted market.” Said Peter Rossdeutscher, the Founder of the Fast Forward WA Initiative.
