I am so excited, tonight is session one of the Inclusive Leader development pilot programme and we have a full class! We have people from several locations attending including different parts of the EU, Ireland & the USA. I am so excited to see what participants do with the research, evidence and practice in their own lives and work.

Inclusive leadership is a practice, and it's one that can complement your own natural leadership style unless your style is directly & intentionally exclusionary. :(

Free Monthly Leadership Drop-In

I am again putting out feelers for an idea. Would you be interested in a free leadership monthly, 45 minutes drop-in session (Lunchtime in Ireland / 1 pm GMT /8 am ET)

Where we can look at different aspects of leadership together and discuss them?

I will bring the topics depending on your suggestions, latest research and topical content. Casual meet-up on zoom, bring your B-fast or lunch and think and problem solve together??

A few updates

• I am testing Might Networks as an online community and learning platform because they run their business model in alignment with my values.
• I am lecturing for the University of Greenwich this coming month on?Inclusive Leadership, and?Empathetic Leadership?for a hotel group next week.
• I was interviewed on a?few podcasts this past month?and some I was very open during, to the point of wanting to have the editor edit them out but walking the talk, isn't always comfortable so I have left what is true up, even though a part of me feels vulnerable.
