Having spent another year thinking about how to make work better I’d like to share my trends for 2024.
We’re at a crucial moment when it comes to work. Two-thirds of CEOs think we’re about to return to the old ways of a five day office.
90% of workers don’t want to go back. How can the rest of us navigate these trends while understanding the challenges of the moment?
There are five big trends that we need to understand for 2024.
Work in 2024 goes deep into the research, into the latest insight and gives a clear plan for how we should be thinking of the year ahead.
If you’re looking for a fresh perspective, a second opinion or inspiration of what to do next this deck will be your guide.

Bruce Daisley, your article really resonates with us at Work Well From Home, and judging from these comments, with many others too! It's great to see these stats on trust issues - whether returning to the office on a hybrid schedule, returning full-time to the officer or full-time at home, trust must be a two-way street, or a company risks losing good employees.? We at @WWFH also believe there needs to be a quantum shift in a company's management of their employees for a sustainable work environment. If managers want employees back in the office, there had better be a healthy level of transparency and trust! The idea of having employees in the office only to keep an eye on them is just wrong and dated! Thank you so much for your research and insight, and here's to a healthy shift in the workplace for 2024! #wfh #WWFH #trustmatters #transparencymatters
