Being a middle-class person, it's very hard to work on your dream or purpose. But to work on your dreams or purpose, first, you have to dream it, right?
Have you ever had a dream in your life or career?
Did you try to fulfill your dream?
Did you get a chance to work on your purpose?
I would say most people are not able to work on their dreams or purpose in middle-class families because survival becomes the first priority. If any middle-class person wants to work on their dreams, it's not easy compared to a higher-class person. A higher-class person can do anything or do whatever they want anytime.
Isn't that true?
If you think I am an extraordinary person, then you are wrong. I am also a similar person like you from a middle-class family. But yes, you can say I have a lot of confidence and courage in taking risks in my life or career. I am sure there are a lot of questions running through your mind like who I am, why I am doing this, and what is my purpose in doing this.
Right?
I understand these are genuine doubts, and you must know about me and answers to all these questions and doubts. It's your right. So, let me tell you about myself and my journey so far.
As I mentioned earlier, I also belong to a middle-class family. I am from a small village. My father is a farmer, and my mother is a housewife. We are three brothers and a sister. I am from a very backward area. Being an uneducated person, the thinking of my father was not only good but great. He used to say when we were children.
"Study is a hard nut to crack, but it's the only path to becoming a better person in life."
(Padhai Lohe Ke Chane Chabane Jaisa h. Agra Tumne Ye Chane Chaba liye Toh Tum, Tumhari Zindagi Mein Ek Achhe Insaan Ban Jaoge)
So, I study hard to become a good person and still do.
Who can better understand the pain of a person?
A person who hasn't seen any situation or a person who went through the situations. I never went through college life in the truest sense. You would be wondering, right?
It does not mean that I didn't get an education. No. I did my schooling from my village. I went to a nearby town for higher education. I did BCA from a small institute. M.Sc. (CS) and MBA (IT) from correspondence. It was a small institute, not a college, so I never saw college life; it's true.
If you pass out from IIT or IIM, you have confidence that you graduated from a reputed institute and can easily get a placement.
But what about people like me? Who will call them for a job and give them an offer letter?
That's the real question. Nobody takes care of them. Neither do your good friends who graduated from good colleges and got placed, nor do their colleges.
Isn't that true?
It's true, as I have gone through these situations.
I am a shy person by nature, but I have my own dreams and I always live with my dreams. Having dreams, I came to Delhi. A village kid who had never seen anything directly came to a metro city with his dreams. When you have dreams, situations do not matter. I started living with my friend. Being lower middle class, I didn't have enough money to purchase a computer at that time, and that was the reason why I did not apply for a regular MCA from any good institute. I was aware of my family background and decided to continue but from correspondence, not regular, to save money for my family and to avoid extra burden on them.
I managed my expenses and started finding part-time jobs. I was from a Hindi medium school, so I faced a lot of challenges. But I showed courage and started speaking in English using broken words. During interviews, I used to speak in English, regardless of whether it was right or wrong. I was rejected so many times as a result.
But I had dreams and dedication, irrespective of failure or rejection. When dreams and dedication come together, it becomes a powerful combination.
I didn't have a good degree or any good reference at that time to get a job. But I was a very positive person. There was a hope somewhere that I would definitely succeed one day. With that hope, I faced not one, two, or three, but hundreds of rejections in my career. But after facing so many rejections, I prepared to crack any type of interview. I switched not one, two, or three, but 9-10 companies in my entire 16-17 years of career journey. That was the power of rejections.
Have dreams but keep going and continue to fulfill them. I did the same. I had a dream that one day I would become a software engineer, technical lead, engineering manager, and a director. It took me 15-16 years to fulfill my dreams, but I did not stop until I achieved them.
I got married to my dream girl and have two kids. I purchased my dream house in my dream society. I bought my dream car and was working as a senior director of engineering. Don't you think I was living a good life?
Now, you might be thinking, why am I doing this, right?

It's very difficult to help you understand why I am doing this because it took me 16 years to understand what I love and what my passion is.
From day one when I came to Delhi, there was a dream that one day I would do something great for my society. It took me 16 years to understand what I can do better than anyone else. I think about a lot of things, but I chose to simplify the College-to-Corporate journey because during my career journey, I faced a lot of struggles and challenges. A person who has gone through the pain can understand the pain of others in a better way.
Isn't it?
A College to Corporate (C@C) Program was born to solve the problems not just of a single person, not just hundreds or thousands, but millions of middle-class people like you. I believe if your campus does not help you get a job, you are not able to switch your job, or you are stuck on what to do next, the C@C Program will help you and prepare you to become an unstoppable and unbreakable person to grow in your career and life.
The C@C Program could be a reason not only to thrive but also to break the chain of being middle-class and jump into the higher class. If you sow a seed for yourself, it will bear fruit for you and your children for sure. If we are born into the middle class, it's not our fault, but if we remain in the same class until we die, it's entirely our fault. We can fundamentally solve this problem and make this place a better place to live.
You must be thinking, what is the C@C Program, right?
It's neither another professional course nor does it provide a certificate or a degree for you. Instead, it can help you learn things that you did not learn in your professional degree course. This program not only helps you get ready for a job but also helps you become a confident, unbreakable and unstoppable mindset person.
Based on the my 16-17 year of my corporate experience I divided entire corporate journey into four levels:
?? Beginners
?? Advanced
?? Pro
?? Entrepreneurship
The C@C Program covers all four levels of the corporate journey, along with the following necessary key pointers:
?? Builds a Strong Foundation
?? Focus on Essential Technical Skills
?? Focus on Essential Non-technical Skills
?? Builds a Positive Mindset
?? Helps You to Get Rid of Middle-Class Mentality
?? Build a Confident, Unstoppable, and Unbreakable Person
?? Emphasize on Continuous Learning and Growth
?? Helps to Live a Better or a Legendary Life
?? Planting the Seeds of Entrepreneurship
?? Prepare You to Survive in the Corporate Jungle

All these factors are crucial for your corporate journey whether you are starting your career journey, looking for career growth or got stuck on how to become your own boss. The C@C Program can serve as a bridge to your success in your corporate career journey.
