Developer Plamondon Hospitality Partners, led by Pete Plamondon Jr. in collaboration with Marriott International is proposing to build a mixed use project in Frederick, Maryland that would include a 208 guest room Marriott-branded hotel at the corner of East Patrick and South Carroll streets, with 22,000 square feet of conference space, restaurants, and bars, and a separate 2,678-square feet building to contain retail space.?The project team includes Brandon Rowe with Bohler Engineering and Fillat + Architecture whose CEO is Peter Fillat III.??
