Coming Soon?

CARB Verification Enhancements in RMIS

→Currently, the RMIS CARB module supports Truck and Bus, Transport Refrigeration Unit (TRU), Clean Truck Check (CTC), and Advanced Clean Fleet (ACF) regulations where carriers self-report their CARB compliance during registration or within the carrier portal.

→Beginning late-Q1 2025, RMIS will regularly update Truck and Bus, TRU, and ACF with data received from California CARB compliance systems. This enhancement is designed to help you implement a more efficient verification process by reducing the need for your broker support teams to manually audit certificates of compliance, as California begins enforcing regulations in 2025.

→Please note, there is no online process for verifying CTC compliance so any self-reported compliance will be displayed as “Not Verified”.

→Trying to stay ahead of fraud and ensure compliance with your company’s processes is crucial in today's market. That’s why we’re constantly striving to enhance our products and provide you with best-in-class tools as your first line of defense.

Until next month, stay vigilant. ??
