Franchise Diamonds in the Rough

Greetings!
This month I am writing about those businesses that answer the most popular question I hear:
What are some good franchises that don’t cost a fortune to get into?
Now, everyone’s definition of “fortune” is different, but I think you get the question.
If you have been following my articles and reading my newsletter, you know the answer for me is always that it depends on your unique criteria. What's the best car? Well, if you have triplets like me, you may need a minivan. If you're a wealthy industrialist, maybe you are better suited to a Ferrari. Just like no two people have the same financial pie chart for their goals, all candidates for business ownership are different. What matters is who you are, what your goals and skills are, and what you want to accomplish with this business.
But I do want to highlight some great franchises this month. I want to talk about those “Diamonds in the Rough” franchises. You know, the one’s that aren’t the sexiest businesses out there, but the ones that hold up very well to any type of economy because they are a needed service. They may not be the type of business that you dreamed about when you first entering the business scene, but the ones that you have now come to realize are true gems when it comes to stability, low investment, and great ROI!
These franchise brands provide a service that people need every day, every month, or maybe only once in awhile, but when they need it, they need it! They will call someone to come to their home or office immediately, and not think twice about what they have to pay, to say, get their basement dried when the water heater decides to rust out, or their pool cleaned, or mosquitos controlled for their family party this weekend, or their dog walked because they have to go into the office for a meeting that just can’t be done on Zoom.
I have a variety of Diamonds in the Rough franchises to choose from. They can be run alongside of another job, they can be full-time, part-time, or seasonal businesses. They usually require good management skills, good people skills, and often investments are below $150K.
Now that’s a diamond worth investing in! Contact me to learn more.
